| The El Olmo house, which has been built with traditional building materials like the local stones, is dedicated to those that appreciate rural tourism in the small Spanish province La Rioja. It is situated at a 200 meter distance from the mountain village El Rasillo in the mountain area called La Sierra de Cameros. Due to its privileged location, the house offers splendid views over the surrounding forests, the old mountain village El Rasillo and a lake. |

The El Olmo house offers an excellent environment to relax. From here you can also discover the small Spanish province La Rioja. The El Olmo house is a good starting point for your trips and activities in this beautiful province. |

The owners of the house are member of the organization Casas Rurales (rural houses) of the La Rioja province (registration number CR89). This ensures the good quality and comfort of your visit. |

The house can be rented as a whole but also a separate room or separate rooms can be rented. The house thus fits the needs for a holiday in El Rasillo for either of a large group or smaller groups like families or couples. |

The house is built on a 1000 m2 piece of land and offers for your convenience a nice lawn and a large veranda with a wooden roof and rustic floor tiles that allow you to enjoy the landscape and relax. The entrance of the house has been made from two centuries old building materials. The interior of the house transmits the atmosphere of the architecture of the typical old houses from this mountain region. |
Facilities
 | | The house offers 6 double bedrooms and all chambers are provided with a completely equipped bathroom, heating and television. The bedrooms and associated bathrooms all have a different decoration and radiate all a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The beds and the bed clothes are of high quality and guarantee a good night's rest. The bedrooms are spacious and offer the possibility for installing an optional third bed in the chamber. The chambers have large windows and several bedrooms offer a beautiful view at the González Lacasa lake; from other chambers you can see the mountain landscape. In this although already very quiet environment, the double glass windows will further guarantee a quiet and comfortable stay. |

How to get there?

| From the capital Logroño of La Rioja you take the N-111 direction Soria. After 33 km you turn right, following the sign "Nieva de Cameros y Ortigosa de Cameros". This is a few kilometers after passing the village Torrecilla. After turning right, a little more than 7 kilometer further you will find the house at your right hand side, just before reaching the old village El Rasillo. The kilometer signs along the road will help you to localize the house, you will reach it just a 100 meter further after passing the 7 kilometer sign. |

From the capital Soria of the equally named province Soria you take the N-111 direction Logroño and you will pass the Piqueras mountain pass and a lake on your left hand site. Turn left opposite to the gas station that you will see at your right hand site when arriving in the village Villanueva de Cameros. After about 7 kilometers you will arrive in El Rasillo; continue since the house is a little bit further along the road on your left hand site. Use the kilometer signs to find the house, continue after kilometer sign 8, and find the house located just a 100 meters before you reach the kilometer sign 7. |
